FORGING

Open-die forging capabilities developed through decades of successful support and interaction with customers in the aerospace, ordnance, petroleum, and medical industries. Fast acting hydraulic presses and skilled operators combine to produce forgings which consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

ROLLING

Our rolling mill produces high quality hot rolled bar, flats, rounds, and plate. These unique rolling capabilities afford our customers a wide range of products and order quantities from large production runs to special minimum quantity orders.

FURNACES

Sierra Alloys continues to add state-of-the-art furnaces which contribute outstanding operating efficiency, enhanced production scheduling, increased capacity, and improved customer service.

CUTTING

Sierra Alloys possesses an extensive array of cutting equipment and capabilities exceeding those found in many commercial cutting operations. Metal applied to work orders enters production without cutting delays and final product, cut to size, is both efficient and accurate.

TURNING AND CENTERLESS GRINDING

We have the in-house capability to rough turn, c.g. forged or rolled round from .375" to 20.000" diameter. This cold finished capacity permits Sierra to control bar production schedules to the best advantage of our customers.
